Glukem Biocare Private Limited has a state of art manufacturing unit with a build
up area approx. one lakh sq. ft. located in Karkapatla, which is at a distance of
eighty kms from Hyderabad airport. Our unit is located in the famous Genome Valley
Industrial Estate, which is the largest and most vibrant R&D cluster in India. Our
operational facility is designed to comply with latest standard CGMP guidelines
for development and using all the latest technologies with dedication to manufacture
the highest quality Micro -unit Pellets (MUPS),Immediate release delayed release
Sustained, Modified release pellets, DC Granules and Taste masked granules. Our
encapsulation also covers our flagship products in micro pellets (MUPS).
Our facility is equipped with twenty-two air handling units which caters clean air
to the manufacturing and packing area is rated at a class and our top-notch microbiology
lab is equipped with a dedicated air handling unit. The whole layout is designed
to meet the requirements of US FDA, EU-CGMP requirements. Our unit is equipped with
CGMP compliant equipment purified water system with thirty-six user points double
pass RO/EDI.
